On Sunday, June 23, Rodgers Townsend was named a "Top Workplace" of 2013 by the St. Louis Post Dispatch. The Top Workplaces are determined solely by employee feedback. Only 90 corporations within the St. Louis metropolitan region achieved high enough scores to be named Top Workplaces, and Rodgers Townsend was ranked 28th in the "Top Small Companies" (under 150 employees) category. The agency was recognized for this same honor in 2012.

The St. Louis Post Dispatch partnered with WorkplaceDynamics to distribute and analyze the survey results of area employers that agreed to participate in this study. WorkplaceDynamics works to better understand what's on the minds of employees because the best way to understand the health of an organization is to ask the employees what they think.
According to the Post Dispatch, "If there's one thing St. Louis' top workplaces these days have in common it is this: They offer their employees something more than just a paycheck."
The survey found that simple offerings such as freedom and flexibility, work/life balance and a sense of purpose were pertinent to the satisfaction of employees.

And "I want to win for my team and help them have successful, meaningful careers. We work hard and have each other's backs, and that's rare."
